Important Notice
It has come to our attention that some lessees or letting agents have been encouraging families to rent in Harrowdene Gardens under the impression that the common grounds are available as a play area for young children.

This is totally misleading as the lease specifically prohibits ball games and other noisy activities, which affect other tenants. Please read about Letting apartments.

AGM
The Annual General Meeting for 2010 was held in the Function Room above the Adelaide Public House on 22nd April. The committee would like to thank all those that took the trouble to attend this years meeting. Remember, if you're a Leaseholder TGML is your company. This means as a shareholder you have a direct input into the running of the estate. Your views are always welcome.

Security
Sadly, several garages on the estate have been broken into recently. The best advice is not to store items of value in your garage but if you have to, try to ensure that they are secured against easy removal. For further help or advice please contact the local police Safer Neighbourhood Team. Their address and contact details can be found on the Contacts page.
