AGM
The 2011 Annual General Meeting took place on the 5th May in the function room upstairs at the Adelaide Public House, 57 Park Rd. A Copy of the Minutes is available on the Documents page.

The committee would like to thank all those that took the trouble to attend this year's meeting. Remember, if you're a Leaseholder, TGML is your company. This means as a shareholder you have a direct input into the running of the estate. Your views are always welcome.

Security
Sadly, several garages on the estate have been broken into recently. The best advice is not to store items of value in your garage but if you have to, try to ensure that they are secured against easy removal.
