What's New

This site was launched in September 2002 and this section will list any content changes that have subsequently been made to the site. At some stage in the future we also intend to include any topical news that's relevant to the estate, the Management Company our Agents or the local area.

  1. 11th Sept 2009 - AGM Minutes for 2009 added to Documents Archive, and Safer Neighbourhood Team details updated. New Pest control company added to the Contacts page
  2. 13th May 2009 - Report & Accounts for 2008 added to Documents Archive
  3. 31st Mar 2009 - The age for pensioners discount on building insurance for two-bed Maisonettes amended to read 65 and not 60 as previously stated on the Leaseholders page.
  4. 23rd Jan 2009 - Estate Guide 2009 replaced the 2006 version on Document Archive page
  5. 27th May 2008 - John Bridger removed from the Painters and Decorators contacts

  11. 13th Jul 2007 - Station path lighting planning application 07/0729/FUL has been approved. Change to Directors after the AGM and correction made to the recycling collection date.
  12. 24th May 2007 - Maintenance page Work in Progress updated.
  13. 20th May 2007 - Teddington page updated with link to action groups web site
  14. 7th May 2007 - Two 24/7 emergency Locksmiths added to the Contacts page
  15. 3rd May 2007 - The Teddington page has been updated regarding the recent Planning Application for the development on the Former SEEBOARD/Jewons builders' merchants site off Sandy Lane
  16. 18th Jan 2007 - Leaseholders page updated to reflect increase of Service Charge for 2007 and a window cleaner added to the contacts page

  31. 16th Jan 2005 - Fixed error. Ground rent is payable to - Vavasour Property Consultants, not White Druce & Brown as previously stated
