However, please be aware that any modification to your property (double glazing, internal partitioning etc) will impact the terms of the lease and should therefore be made known to TGML.Central Heating maintenanceAll properties were originally fitted with a 'warm air' system of central heating which should for safety reasons be regularly serviced. Many companies can be found in Yellow Pages to carry out this work. However, we can highly recommend both Walton Heating Co. Ltd and M W Warm Air Heating Services - who has been servicing and replacing heaters on the estate over many years to the satisfaction of owners. For the one bedroom flats the heater you require is a Johnson & Starley Hi-spec J25 or later equivalent. The J32 is recommended for the two bed Maisonettes.
