If it's urgent or an emergency (stand pipe burst) outside these hours please contact one of the TGML directors listed. Please not that we cannot deal with domestic disputes between residents.

Maintenance and Repair

Here are some names and addresses of various service contractors that may prove useful to residents on the estate. Please note that we offer this information only for your convenience. TGML is not responsible for the work done and will not enter into any dispute that may subsequently occur. However, please be aware that any modification to your property (double glazing, internal partitioning etc) will impact the terms of the lease and should therefore be made known to TGML.

Central Heating maintenance

All properties were originally fitted with a 'warm air' system of central heating which should for safety reasons be regularly serviced. Many companies can be found in Yellow Pages to carry out this work. For the one bedroom flats the heater you require is a Johnson & Starley Hi-spec J25 or later equivalent. The J32 is recommended for the two bed Maisonettes. Do visit the Johnson & Starley web site for more information on their complete range of products.
