AGM
The 2012 Annual General Meeting will take place at 8pm on 26th April in the function room upstairs at the Adelaide Public House, 57 Park Rd. The Report & Accounts for 2011 is available on the Documents page.
The committee would like to thank all those that took the trouble to attend last year's meeting. Please make an effort to attend this year's meeting. Remember, if you're a Leaseholder, TGML is your company. This means as a shareholder you have a direct input into the running of the estate. Your views are always welcome.

Security
Sadly, several garages on the estate have been broken into recently.
The best advice is not to store items of value in your garage but if you have to, try to ensure that they are secured against easy removal. For further help or advice please contact the local police Safer Neighbourhood Team. Their address and contact details can be found on the Contacts page.
